Jendayi Saada grew up in Detroit, MI and earned her BA’s in Africana Studies and Political Science and her Juris Doctor at Wayne State University. She is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, a licensed attorney with the State Bar of California, and an entrepreneur.

Jendayi’s passion for real estate began more than 30 years ago in Detroit, MI when she launched the Neighborhood Recovery Company, LLC to purchase and rehabilitate existing houses in targeted inner-city communities. After leaving Detroit in 2004, Jendayi began a career in legal education which spanned 18 years and three states. During her tenure in legal education, she taught contract and property law and her passion for property was rekindled.

Jendayi is committed educating current and potential property owners about the importance of building generational wealth through property ownership and retention.
